Availability

All purchases are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our information accurate and up-to-date. However, some changes may not immediately be reflected on our website. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible. Also, listed availability may not be applicable for multiple items. If you would like to know about the availability of multiple items, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping

Within the United States of America, please allow up to 14 days for standard delivery of your order. Caribbean and Canadian residents may expect delivery of their orders within 21 days. All other International delivery times will vary. Please contact us if you are an international customer to get the proper shipping charges.  PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season (November 15th through January 7th), it is strongly suggested that customers utilize the express or overnight delivery options for rush orders.

Sales Tax

Texas residents must add 8.25% to the subtotal of their orders. Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within Texas. Black Ball Classics is required by law to collect and submit sales tax in the state in which we are deemed to have a physical presence. Your actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is processed and will be displayed correctly on your packing slip.

Return/Exchange Process and Policy
We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within thirty business days of receipt of the item(s).


Please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags by Black Ball Classics will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
